Tips to Lower Your Cholesterol
Healthy Diet:
- Decrease consumption of dairy products, saturated fats and eggs
- Eat more fish, less meat
- Eat more fruits and vegetables

Exercise:
- At least 30 minutes every other day

Weight Reduction:
- Lose weight if you are overweight
- Learn your Body Mass Index (BMI)
- A healthy BMI is 24 or less (< 24)
- If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight even if you are eating a healthy diet
