General Returns Policy
- We will not accept returns on any opened products.
- Returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service.
- You may return most unopened product sold and fulfilled by Real Natural Remedies within 30 days of the date that we initially shipped the order.
- Returns of non-defective products will be refunded with a 20% restocking fee. Example: If your total order came to $10.00 before shipping, we would only refund $8.00.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will only refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- We will not accept delivery on any item that is shipped to us with postage due or COD.
- All refunds will be issued at our discretion. If you ordered with your credit card then the refund may be in the form of a credit (or partial credit) to your card. We might also choose some other method to issue your refund.
Before returning any products that you ordered from us, please contact Customer Service at 301-891-1070 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday.
Remember, we will not accept returns without authorization from Customer Service.
